Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Assistant to support our HR team in various projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Project Manager in HR project management, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Project Manager in HR project management, including coordination and communication with stakeholders
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement via phone and database
  • Engage in business networking and conduct phone interviews to identify top talent
  • Manage candidate processes and communication, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Maintain databases and post job listings to attract top candidates
  • Handle administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
Requirements:
  • Currently studying or recent graduate with a strong academic record
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Team player with attention to detail and social competence, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in research methods and able to analyze data to inform project decisions
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office, databases, and internet portals, with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
  • Fluent in German (written and spoken), with excellent language skills and ability to communicate effectively
