Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Associate/Cashier to join our team at our store in Overath. As a Sales Associate/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and processing merchandise
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment
Requirements
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
