Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate/Cashier to join our team. As a Sales Associate/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash handling areas.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets, promoting products, and providing product information to customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
