HR Student Assistant Position

- Assist in managing candidates, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, communicating with candidates, sourcing talent, and scheduling interviews.
- Engage directly with our team members, gaining valuable insights into the diverse responsibilities within HR.
- Support initiatives related to employee health management, benefits introduction, and personnel development.
- Handle administrative tasks related to personnel, from drafting contracts to preparing employment references.
- Utilize our HR management software effectively.
- If interested, take the initiative in People & Culture projects or provide support in these areas.
- You are currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in law, business administration, psychology, communications, or a related field, and are at least in your second semester.
- You exhibit an organized, structured, and independent approach to work.
- You are inquisitive and enjoy contributing your own ideas.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills and engage readily with others.
- You have a solid technical understanding, are proficient in common office software, and have excellent command of the German language.
