Lead Consultant (w/m/d) Digital Transformation Advisory

As part of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) Advisory team, you will guide our clients through all strategic dimensions of the CIO agenda, including digital strategies, sourcing, cloud solutions, and IT transformation, as well as software asset management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our clients to formulate digital and IT strategies that fully harness the potential of digitalization.
  • Work alongside clients to create innovative, sustainable digital partnerships with startups, cloud providers, and outsourcing partners, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and underlying digital and technological priorities.
  • Advise clients on the economic and technical evaluation of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and IoT.
  • Assist clients in structuring their digital partnerships to achieve strategic objectives, including the design of partnership agreements with startups and cloud providers, and facilitate negotiations to establish mutually beneficial arrangements.
  • Support clients throughout the partnership journey, focusing on establishing effective governance with startups and cloud partners.
Your Profile
  • To excel as a Lead Consultant in Digital Transformation Advisory, you should possess a degree in computer science, engineering, natural sciences, business administration, or a related field with a strong analytical focus.
  • You should have 2 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting or as part of a deal team within a startup, cloud, or IT service provider.
  • Demonstrated success in leading significant projects is essential.
  • A keen interest in digital issues and shaping the future of our clients' IT landscape is crucial.
  • You should be able to think beyond conventional boundaries, inspire clients and colleagues, and take the lead when necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with fluent proficiency in both German and English, are required.
  • Willingness to travel to provide local and international client support is necessary.
