Signavio Product Service Manager

Your Responsibilities:
- Possess a profound understanding of Signavio software, including its authorization framework, architecture, and functionalities.
- Design and implement an effective authorization framework tailored to the needs of various business sectors.
- Oversee and establish support mechanisms for all business users across multiple levels (first, second, and third level support).
- Ensure the technical functionality of the tool, including its ongoing development and utilization.
- Set up a testing environment to guarantee a GxP-validated setting in Signavio, collaborating with SAP-Signavio as the SaaS provider.
- Develop, implement, and enhance interfaces with OpenText Extended ECM and other applications.
- Provide technical direction to project managers and BPM experts within customer segments and service functions.
- Coordinate with Signavio and maintain direct communication with SAP-Signavio.
- Hold an excellent university degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or Computer Science, coupled with a passion for BPM modeling and process analytics.
- Exhibit creative thinking along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrate fluency in English and advanced proficiency in German.
- Possess substantial professional experience in Process Modeling and Design, Transformation Processes, or as a Key User for Signavio.
- Be a dedicated team player.
- Showcase strong project management skills, capable of supporting both national and international project teams while coordinating with external partners.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, with a deep understanding of customer needs to effectively support business objectives.
