Project Coordinator for Technical Initiatives (m/f/d)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to join our Backend Operations and Development team. This position is vital for overseeing and orchestrating projects, ensuring that all backend activities are in sync with our strategic goals and client requirements. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical foundation and outstanding organizational capabilities.

In this role, you will collaborate in a diverse international setting to meet shared objectives. If you are a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail who thrives in a dynamic environment, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive project outlines, detailing scope, objectives, timelines, and resource distribution.
  • Assess the resources and team members necessary to fulfill project objectives.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
  • Produce thorough and precise documentation.
  • Track progress, provide updates, and identify any potential issues.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Exceptional listening skills, logical reasoning, follow-through, a positive attitude, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks while producing detailed project plans and reports.
  • High adaptability, exceptional self-management, and the ability to operate effectively in situations with limited information.
  • Solid understanding of technical terminology and experience collaborating with technical teams.
  • Dependable, independent, and meticulous in work.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Background in technology or experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Strong conflict mediation and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and similar platforms.
