Job Title: Junior Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Berlin or remotely in Germany. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in attracting, recruiting, and enabling top talent across the globe.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand your knowledge by owning the end-to-end recruitment process across all of Lingoda's verticals, embracing challenges and gaining insights into new business areas.
  • Utilize your expertise and empathy to bring innovative ideas on how we can enhance our Employer Brand and ensure an exceptional experience for everyone interacting with Lingoda.
  • Collaborate closely with our HR Business partners to understand their key needs for roles and recommend best interview practices.
  • Empower our people to grow by creating and presenting training sessions to improve interview techniques and foster a better understanding of talent acquisition.
  • Challenge the status quo by identifying opportunities to improve our interview methods and techniques.
  • Develop creative strategies to attract candidates to Lingoda, leveraging effective methods and channels.
Your Ideal Profile:
  • 1-2 years of proven work experience in Talent Acquisition within the German market.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Broad experience recruiting talent across business and technology roles, preferably up to Head level roles.
  • Good understanding of interviewing methods and techniques, with the ability to adapt processes to different positions.
  • People-centric mentality, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and diverse environment while maintaining stakeholder and candidate satisfaction.
  • Ability to work autonomously, while being part of a team working towards a common goal.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in both German and English, with C1 level in both languages written and verbal, as you will be conducting interviews in both languages.
