Electrical Substation Manager Opportunity
EarthStream Global is seeking an experienced Electrical Substation Manager to oversee the design, technical execution, and project management of electrical substations. As a key member of our team, you will lead a team of engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that all projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical execution of electrical substations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery, while maintaining high-quality results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
- 10+ years of experience in substation design and engineering, including project management experience.
- Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of high-voltage substation components, electrical systems, and grid interconnections.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong German and English skills.
