Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Rechtsexperten, der unsere Rechtsabteilung bei der Umsetzung unserer strategischen Ziele unterstützt.

Rollenverantwortung
  • Rechtliche Beratung und rechtliche Strategieentwicklung für unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen in Rechtsfragen des Bau-, Architekten- und Ingenieurrechts sowie im Vergaberecht.
  • Umfassende Prüfung von Schriftverkehr aus rechtlicher Sicht sowie Erstellung von Rechtsgutachten, Stellungnahmen und Schreiben auf Basis fundierter Rechtskenntnisse.
  • Verantwortung für gerichtliche und außergerichtliche Verfahren, einschließlich der Beauftragung, Koordination und Überprüfung externer Rechtsberater oder Anwälte.
  • Einleitung und Umsetzung notwendiger Maßnahmen zur außergerichtlichen Durchsetzung von Ansprüchen in anspruchsvollen Fällen mit erheblicher wirtschaftlicher und strategischer Bedeutung für das Unternehmen.
  • Aktives Legal Projektmanagement, einschließlich Verhandlung und rechtliche Betreuung umfangreicher, projektbezogener Vertragswerke sowie Vertragsprüfungen und -gestaltungen.
  • Regelmäßige Berichterstattung und proaktive Kommunikation mit unserem Leadership-Team sowie das Aussprechen von Handlungsempfehlungen.
Qualifikationen und Erfahrung
  • Hervorragend abgeschlossene juristische Qualifikation (1. und 2. Staatsexamen).
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Rechtsanwältin oder Rechtsanwalt im Bau-, Ingenieur- und Architektenrecht oder in der Rechtsabteilung eines vergleichbaren Konzernunternehmens (vorzugsweise einschließlich gerichtlicher Vertretung) von mindestens 5 Jahren.
  • Einschlägige Erfahrungen im internationalen Projektgeschäft bzw. Bereitschaft und Motivation, diese weiter auszubauen.
  • Erfahrung bzw. Neugierde im internationalen Konzern länderübergreifend Projektverantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Gutes technisches und kaufmännisches Verständnis.
  • Zielorientierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie teamorientiertes Denken und Handeln.
  • Sicheres Auftreten, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Neugierde und proaktives Engagement im Rahmen von Legal Tech-Projekten.
