Project Legal Advisor (m/w/d)

We are seeking a full-time Project Legal Advisor to become a part of our Finance Division at UNION TANK Eckstein GmbH & Co. KG, a prominent mobility service provider in Europe. Our extensive acceptance network spans across 40 countries, delivering a variety of services to commercial clients, including fueling, e-vehicle charging, toll processing, breakdown assistance, and innovative digital fleet management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing, organizing, executing, and reviewing diverse projects with legal ramifications, particularly focusing on the digital transformation of our organization.
  • Providing support and guidance to the Legal Team in the selection of appropriate specialists and service providers in relevant fields.
  • Facilitating collaboration among our legal departments, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in (Business) Law, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • Significant experience in legal project management, ideally within the financial services industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
  • Strong engagement, adaptability, commitment, and communication abilities.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
