Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Legal Project Manager to oversee and enhance our legal initiatives in alignment with the company's digital transformation goals. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth execution of projects with legal implications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Lead the planning, execution, and follow-up of diverse projects that incorporate legal considerations.
  • Team Support: Provide guidance and support to the legal team in identifying and selecting appropriate specialists and service providers.
  • Collaboration Management: Facilitate effective collaboration among legal departments, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Budget Oversight: Assist in the development and monitoring of project budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
Candidate Profile
  • Educational Background: A degree in (Business) Law, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Significant experience in project management, ideally within the financial services industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and various Project Management Tools.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong commitment, adaptability, excellent communication skills, and a proactive work ethic.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both German and English.
