Role Overview: As a Data Analyst in the healthcare sector, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and interpreting complex datasets to drive insights and improvements in our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret intricate data sets to derive actionable insights.
  • Aggregate data from diverse sources including SQL databases, Data Lakes, and XML files.
  • Design and implement testing mechanisms to uphold data integrity.
  • Prepare and present evaluation findings in a clear and comprehensible manner.
  • Develop and maintain tools for monitoring data quality throughout document qualification processes.
  • Collaborate with product management and software development teams to enhance our healthcare IT products.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Medical Information Management, Medical Informatics, eHealth, or equivalent experience in data analysis.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in handling complex datasets from multiple sources.
  • Experience in preparing raw data for advanced processing.
  • Strong command of SQL and R, with knowledge of Python; familiarity with R Shiny and Docker is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities.
