Role Overview: As a Data Analyst in the healthcare sector, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to support our mission of improving patient care. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, interpret, and evaluate intricate data sets to derive actionable insights.
  • Integrate data from diverse sources, including SQL databases, Data Lakes, and XML files.
  • Develop and implement testing mechanisms and metrics to uphold data integrity.
  • Present analytical findings in a clear and comprehensible manner to highlight key issues and insights.
  • Maintain and enhance tools for monitoring data quality in document qualification processes.
  • Collaborate with product management and software development teams to refine and advance healthcare IT products.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Medical Information Management, Medical Informatics, eHealth, or equivalent experience in data analysis.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in handling complex and extensive datasets from multiple sources.
  • Experience in preparing raw data for subsequent analysis.
  • Strong command of SQL and R, with knowledge of Python; familiarity with R Shiny and Docker is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
