We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist the management team in administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
  • Provide support to various departments, including finance, HR, and operations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks, including reports, statistics, and other administrative duties.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including suppliers and government agencies.
  • Assist in the development of centralized purchasing processes and procedures.
  • Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and documents.
  • Ensure the overall organization and maintenance of the office, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Your Profile
  • Hold a degree in a related field, such as business administration, hospitality, or law.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Have strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Be loyal and discreet, with a strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
