Die AufgabenAls Market Development Manager (m/w/d) für Verbindungs- und Befestigungssysteme sind Sie verantwortlich für die Identifikation von Kundenbedürfnissen und die Entwicklung von Ideen für zukünftige Produkte und Dienstleistungen. Sie bauen internationale Marktintelligenz auf und ableiten Handlungsempfehlungen auf Landes- und Gruppenebene. Sie definieren lokale Markteintrittsstrategien und erarbeiten Marktentwicklungspläne zur Marktdurchdringung bzw. Marktentwicklung gemeinsam mit den Bereichen Vertrieb International, Global Key Account und Marketing Service International.
Das ProfilWir suchen nach einer zuverlässigen, extrovertierten Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, Marktentwicklungen zu erkennen und in Produktideen zu transformieren. Sie sollten ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen mit fundiertem elektrotechnischen Verständnis haben. Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktmanagement in der metall- oder kunststoffverarbeitenden Branche oder der Elektroindustrie ist erforderlich. Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sind ebenfalls erforderlich. Analytische Kompetenz und technische Affinität sind wichtige Anforderungen. Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und unternehmerisches Denken sind ebenfalls erwünscht. Hohe Reisebereitschaft ist erforderlich.
