Wir suchen einen engagierten Hausmeister (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams. Als Spezialist für gewerbliche, kaufmännische und technische Hilfs-, Fach- sowie Führungskräfte orientieren wir uns an dem, was sich im Bereich der Jobsuche bewährt hat. Wir machen dabei vieles Gleich. Aber. Besser.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Instandhaltung und Wartung der Gebäude und Außenanlagen
  • Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen und handwerklicher Arbeiten
  • Überwachung der Haustechnik (Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär)
  • Pflege der Grünanlagen und Außenbereiche
  • Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Gebäude
  • Koordination und Überwachung von externen Dienstleistern
Das bringen Sie mit
  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Facility Management oder als Hausmeister
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
