Hotel Receptionist Job Description

At Foremost Hospitality, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team at the Hampton by Hilton Düsseldorf City Centre. As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for all our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check in and check out national and international business and leisure guests
  • Assist with requests, complaints, and tourist advice
  • Process all room bookings in compliance with Hilton quality standards
  • Manage the daily cash desk and prepare the daily closing statement

Requirements:
  • Professional training or experience in the hotel industry is desirable
  • Knowledge in the use of the MS-Office package

  • Sufficient knowledge of German and English
