Financial Analyst (m/w/d) in Cologne

Jobactive GmbH is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Cologne. The position offers the following benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating and making determinations on credit and leasing applications in accordance with established guidelines and internal protocols (including credit assessments, fraud detection, and anti-money laundering measures)
  • Engaging in constructive discussions with dealers to enhance satisfaction regarding credit and leasing outcomes (focusing on service quality, response time, and professionalism)
  • Preparing credit or leasing recommendations for higher-level review
  • Collaborating with the collections department on challenging cases
  • Managing and processing incoming correspondence in various formats (such as fax, email, or postal mail), including returned items, special repayments, and transfers
Candidate Profile:
  • Completed vocational training in a commercial field
  • Solid practical experience in credit and leasing operations
  • Proficient in analyzing financial documentation from clients
  • Professional demeanor and effective communication skills, particularly over the phone
  • Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and reliably
  • Fluent in German, both spoken and written
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS SharePoint
  • Structured work style, adaptability, and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
