Job DescriptionThe Product Portfolio Marketing Manager role is a key position within our EU Marketing team, responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies for our Da Vinci product portfolio in Europe. This includes creating go-to-market strategies for new products, growing utilization in focused products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for the Da Vinci product portfolio in Europe
- Create go-to-market strategies for new products, including launch plans and sales tools
- Grow utilization in focused products, such as Energy and Stapling, through sales enablement and training
- Collaborate with Commercial Learning to deepen sales force knowledge of product portfolios
- Lead new product commercialization, working closely with Global Marketing and field Sales teams
- Maintain a front-line presence for customer experience, assisting Sales with critical troubleshooting and product performance issues
- Develop analytical tools to monitor portfolio performance and opportunities
- Plan and execute product marketing availability at tradeshows and conferences
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in sales or marketing within the medical device industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively positioning, launching, and messaging products, as well as a strong commercial acumen to drive product adoption.
The job holder should be based in Germany and be fluent in German and/or French. Travel for this role is expected to be up to 50% of working time across Europe with occasional travel to the US.
