About the Job

We are looking for a Logistics Team Leader (m/f/d) who is responsible for ensuring and optimizing the customer-oriented, reliable, and efficient handling of delivery orders.

  • Team Leadership: You lead the delivery team at the wholesale market independently, plan personnel deployment, and support your team in personal and professional development.
  • Responsibility for the entire delivery process: Through the coordination of internal and external process steps of delivery, you ensure timely and accurate delivery to our customers (from customer order to commissioning to tour planning).
  • Customer Service: Our customers can rely on your commitment to a punctual and complete delivery.
  • Progress: You know the needs of our customers and support us in optimizing and developing our processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Our customers can rely on the delivery of fresh and high-quality products, as you ensure the compliance with legal and internal quality assurance regulations (HACCP).

Requirements

  • Education: You have completed a degree in trade or logistics (Großhandelskaufmann (m/w/d), Einzelhandelskaufmann (m/w/d), Kauffrau für Spedition- und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d), Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/w/d), Fachlagerist (m/w/d)).
  • Leadership Experience: Through your experiences in a comparable position, you know how to lead and motivate a team.
  • Experiences and Knowledge: Your experiences in the field of disposition and logistics are complemented by a secure handling of MS-Office.
  • Organizational Talent: With your sense of responsibility, you maintain a clear overview even in stressful situations.
  • Commitment: You are willing to work in a two-shift system.
