Your Role:

As a Non-Conformance Manager (m/f/d) for Space Parts, you will be pivotal in ensuring quality standards at our esteemed client, Airbus Operations.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee quality-related supplier discrepancy reports and claims.
  • Manage end-to-end customer claims within the Spare Parts and Aftersales market.
  • Assist in resolving operational challenges from a quality standpoint.
  • Support customer-facing teams in addressing quality issues promptly.
  • Participate in audits to showcase Satair processes concerning Spare Parts and Kits.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the global quality expert network.
Your Profile:
  • Degree in Technical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Aircraft Construction, or a related field.
  • Experience in Engineering and Aircraft Construction.
  • Strong understanding of Quality Management and Quality Assurance principles.
  • Proficient in SAP and zamiz software.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
