Quality Assurance Manager

Embark on a rewarding career with STRATO Personal GmbH, where we are currently seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Non-Conformance Manager (m/f/d) to support our esteemed client, Airbus Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage supplier discrepancy reports and quality-related claims.
- Handle customer claims from end-to-end within the Spare Parts and Aftersales market.
- Assist in resolving operational challenges with a focus on quality assurance.
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to address quality issues promptly, including Aircraft on Ground orders.
- Participate in audits to validate Satair processes related to Spare Parts and Kits.
- Lead, train, and inspire the global network of quality experts.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Aircraft Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years' experience in engineering, aircraft construction, quality management, or quality assurance.
- Proficient in SAP and familiar with zamiz.
- Strong command of the German language.
- Fluent in English.
