Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and conduct flight tests to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement flight test programs for CS/FAR23 commuter aircraft
- Design and develop flight test cards and procedures
- Define and implement flight test instrumentation and data reduction methods
- Coordinate and plan aircraft modifications and upgrades
- Develop and implement procedures and manoeuvres for flight test cards
- Prepare and conduct ground- and flight tests, including data reduction and analysis
- Classify and mitigate test hazards and risks
- Compile and submit test reports and documentation
- Participate in onsite and offsite test campaigns and provide technical support
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in flight testing and certification
- Experience with development and certification flight testing, including Part21 and CS/FAR23 requirements
- Strong knowledge of MS-Office software and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to support and act in other functions across the organization
