Job Description

We're seeking a Co-Founder Product to join our innovative team. As a key member of our founding team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement our product strategy, ensuring alignment with our business goals and market demands.
  • Lead the development and enhancement of our technological solutions, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with our team to optimize internal processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a skilled team that shares our mission and thrives in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Secure funding and cultivate relationships with investors, ensuring the necessary resources for growth acceleration.
Requirements
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to take ownership of projects and execute them effectively.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in venture building or project management with technology-driven roles, demonstrating expertise and leadership.
  • Strong foundation in technology, including experience with the latest tech stacks and tools for product development.
  • Educational background in engineering, forestry, business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Passion for nature and a deep commitment to preserving and valuing our planet's natural ecosystems.
