Your Mission

As a Co-Founder Associate (all genders) at VÆRIDION, you will collaborate closely with our Co-Founder & CEO, Ivor van Dartel, assisting him in a range of strategic and operational initiatives. Acting as his trusted partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's expansion and ensuring his focus remains on high-priority tasks. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into the management of a rapidly growing start-up and actively contribute to shaping its future success.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Co-Founder & CEO in steering the organization and become a vital component of its operational framework.
  • Serve as the primary support for the Co-Founder & CEO during discussions with both internal and external stakeholders, including investors, policymakers, academic institutions, industry partners, consultants, and candidates. Manage follow-up actions and act as the main liaison for these parties.
  • Oversee various company matters such as real estate, insurance, and transportation, enabling the management team to concentrate on core business functions.
  • Represent VÆRIDION on a broader European platform when necessary, promoting electric aviation and collaborating with industry stakeholders towards achieving zero-emission air travel.
  • Lead and coordinate special initiatives, ensuring they are executed efficiently and within budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure the seamless operation of daily business functions.
Your Profile
  • Degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Preferably some experience in a dynamic start-up environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive approach with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Fluency in both German and English.

VÆRIDION is an innovative deep tech start-up based in Munich, Germany. With the impending regulations on CO2 emissions for domestic and short-haul air travel, we are dedicated to pioneering an aircraft designed for zero-emission regional flights.
Our mission is to develop, construct, and certify a fully electric microliner capable of carrying up to 9 passengers for Short-Haul and Regional Air Mobility by 2030. This aircraft will be cleaner and more cost-effective to operate than its counterparts, providing an enhanced travel experience for distances up to 500 km.
