Deine Aufgaben
  • Die Optimierung und Automatisierung der Prozesse im Bereich Kaffeezubereitung.
  • Die Identifizierung und Implementierung von Digitalisierungsprojekten zur Effizienzsteigerung.
  • Die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern für die Retourenaufbereitung unserer Maschinen und Kaffeekompetenzartikel.
  • Die Gewährleistung von Nachhaltigkeit, Kosten und Nutzen im Blick.
  • Das Identifizieren und Bewerten von potenziellen Risiken für den Bereich und das Betreiben eines kontinuierlichen Risikomonitorings.
Dein Profil

Um diese Herausforderung erfolgreich zu meistern, benötigen wir jemanden mit:

  • Mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion, insbesondere im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement.
  • Einem ausgeprägten analytischen Verständnis und der Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu überblicken.
  • Einer selbstständigen Arbeitsweise ohne Scheu, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen.
  • Einer kommunikativen Stärke, die dir hilft, mit deinen Schnittstellen lösungsorientiert zusammenzuarbeiten.
