About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Project Developer to join our team at Kronos Solar. As a key member of our project development team, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring new project opportunities in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new project opportunities in the renewable energy sector
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, local authorities, and other industry partners
  • Manage project development from initial concept to completion, including project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Prepare and submit project proposals and applications to relevant authorities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery meets company standards and expectations
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in a field such as business, engineering, or environmental science
  • Proven experience in project development, project management, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Fluency in English, with ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
