Als Recruiting-Experte für HR Business Partner bei WebID Solutions GmbH bist du verantwortlich für die Gewinnung von Talenten und die Stärkung unserer Arbeitgebermarke. Du wirst Teil eines dynamischen Teams, das sich auf die Entwicklung von innovativen Technologien und Lösungen für die Finanzbranche spezialisiert hat.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Entwickle und implementierst Strategien für die Gewinnung von Talenten und die Stärkung unserer Arbeitgebermarke.
  • Kooperierst mit den internen Stakeholdern, um die Anforderungen und Bedürfnisse der Organisation zu verstehen und zu erfüllen.
  • Verantwortest das End-to-End Recruiting, einschließlich der Stellenanzeigen, der Vorauswahl der Bewerbungen und der Moderation von Interviews.
  • Initierst Maßnahmen zur Stärkung unserer Arbeitgebermarke, einschließlich interner und externer Personalmarketingaktionen.
  • Begleitest weitere spannende HR-Projekte und unterstützt bei HR-Admintätigkeiten sowie Reportings.
