Key Responsibilities
- Lead the tax function in the EUROPE Region, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and adidas' internal policies.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize tax savings and minimize tax exposure.
- Manage tax audits and negotiations with local tax authorities.
- Provide guidance to finance directors and tax professionals on tax audits and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective tax risk management.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in international and domestic tax laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above in finance, economics, or taxation with professional qualification.
- 5-8 years of professional experience in multinational groups or Big4 Accounting firms.
- Strong technical knowledge of international and German tax regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English.
