Service Technician Automation (m/f/d)

The Field Service team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join their ranks. As a Service Technician Automation, you will be responsible for implementing projects in the field of paper and finishing on paper/cardboard and tissue machines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the implementation of projects, optimizing technical solutions and modernizing existing systems
  • Identify automation problems and provide support in troubleshooting
  • Responsible for the implementation and coordination of orders
  • Act as a competent consultant for customers, developing concepts for maintenance, modernization, and expansion of customer-specific automation systems
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or automation technology, or equivalent technical training
  • Experience in systematic troubleshooting and resolving technical faults
  • Knowledge of programming and commissioning automation systems is an advantage
  • Fluent German and very good English skills, strong team spirit, and willingness to travel on business trips
