Create innovative energy infrastructure solutions customized for urban and industrial environments by utilizing a variety of energy systems and advanced technologies.

Responsibilities:

Provide Expertise and Support to E.ON Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) Regions: Assist in addressing major accounts across various EIS business sectors. Offer guidance and specialized advice to EIS regions engaged in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales initiatives targeting global accounts and significant projects. Collaborate with Clients on Energy Solution Concepts: Work closely with clients to co-develop initial energy solution concepts and guide them through the energy transition process. Identify Emerging Technologies and Trends: Stay informed about new technologies and trends in decarbonization relevant to client processes and anticipate needs for central product development. Coordinate Resources Effectively: Manage both external engineering teams and internal project resources to ensure seamless project development and execution. Build and Maintain Relationships with Global Key Accounts: Serve as the primary contact for strategic partners, fostering strong relationships and understanding their unique needs for long-term collaboration and business growth. Lead Customer Sales Discussions: Engage with clients during sales discussions, utilizing expertise in energy solutions to effectively communicate value propositions.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience and understanding of energy economics in major European markets. Proven track record in sales within the energy solutions sector, particularly in industrial B2B environments. Demonstrated success in leading sales for capital-intensive asset projects, with multiple projects exceeding €5 million in capital expenditure. Comprehensive understanding of the energy sector and its key value drivers. Proficiency in English and German.
