Position Overview: Project Manager Operations

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Manager to oversee critical initiatives within the operations sector. This role involves close collaboration with our affiliate, LIXIL International Operations, to manage worldwide projects. You will report directly to the Leader PMO Fittings at LIXIL International and serve as a vital partner to the senior management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and enhancing potential across various divisions
  • Managing strategic initiatives within the operations sector
  • Facilitating global projects in conjunction with LIXIL International operations
  • Performing market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies
  • Formulating and executing manufacturing and supply chain strategies
  • Establishing and evaluating Business Cases
  • Acting as a key advisor to senior management
  • Creating reports and presentations for executive meetings

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in business administration or (industrial) engineering
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in operations consultancy
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a global perspective
  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Proficiency in both German and English
