- Engaging in assessment processes

Qualifications:
- Completed OTA or nursing education with experience in the operating room
- Certified Clinical Practice Educator in healthcare disciplines
- Proven leadership capabilities and conflict management skills
- Strong organizational abilities for enhancing processes
- Collaborative team member with excellent interpersonal skills
