Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

The position is to be filled for at least 3 months.

Your Tasks

  • Support in the execution and control of real estate transactions worldwide
  • Assistance in the creation of market analyses, company profiles, and project research
  • Support in preparing presentations and meetings
  • Participation in the development and administration of a real estate system and standardization concepts
  • Gaining insights into the strategic handling of real estate transactions and independent processing of projects/analyses

Your Profile

  • Studies in the field of real estate economics, facility management, economics/engineering, business informatics, or a comparable course of study
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office products and their programming
  • Good German and English skills in writing and speaking
  • Prior professional experience as a trainee/student in the fields of banking, consulting, or real estate and international experience are desirable
  • Good knowledge of project management methods
  • Analytical, detail-oriented team player who also delivers good performance under pressure
  • High level of engagement, social, and intercultural sensitivity required
  • Organizational skills, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Well-developed team skills, communication strength, and engagement
