Deine Aufgaben
  • Wir wollen dich begeistern für die Beratung von Firmenkunden im Bereich Trade Finance
  • Hast du die Lieferketten der Kunden im Fokus und begleitest Außenhandelstransaktionen, um damit verbundene Risiken zu minimieren (z.B. durch Akkreditive und Garantien) und/oder zu finanzieren (auf Kunden-, Lieferanten- oder Abnehmerseite)
  • Steuerst du selbständig dein Kundenportfolio unter Profitabilitäts-, Rentabilitäts- und Risikogesichtspunkten
  • Gelingt es dir, durch die intensive Begleitung der Kunden und die enge Zusammenarbeit im Client Service Team, Bedarfe und Akquisitionsansätze im Bereich Trade Finance zu erkennen
  • Erarbeitest du individuelle Konzepte und Lösungen, die zur Stärkung und zum Ausbau der Geschäftsverbindung führen
  • Die Berücksichtigung regulatorischer Anforderungen ist für dich selbstverständlich
  • Wir erwarten eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne ergänzt um Bankfachwirtqualifikation oder ausbildungs-/berufsintegrierten Studiengang (z. B. Berufsakademie oder Hochschule für Bankwirtschaft) oder Hochschulstudium
  • Vertriebserfahrung im Firmenkunden-/Unternehmerkundengeschäft / im Finanzbereich – bevorzugt im Trade Finance Umfeld - wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Akquisitionsfähigkeit und analytische Qualifikation
  • Spaß am Vertrieb und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie klare Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Sehr selbständige, lösungsorientierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Affinität zu digitalen Themen und deren Entwicklung im Finanzsektor
  • Sichere Anwendung von MS Office sowie hohe Affinität zur Nutzung digitaler Tools
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
