Your Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our operations. You will be responsible for building and leading your own team, driving sales growth, and nurturing the development of existing team members. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and training new consultants, enhancing our organizational culture, and upholding our high standards. This position offers you significant autonomy in achieving the company's objectives, with the support of senior management through a collaborative and informal approach. We seek a candidate who is passionate about growth, takes initiative, and is ready to embrace responsibility.

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluent proficiency in German (C1/C2) and English is essential.
  • Proven experience in 360-degree recruitment and placement.
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience in sales recruitment (minimum of 1 year).
  • A strong passion for growth and continuous improvement.
  • Residing in the Düsseldorf area or open to relocation.
