Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at people-s-place GmbH. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies in a technical B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies in a technical B2B environment.
  • Conceive and implement sales promotion measures in collaboration with product management and marketing.
  • Create target group-specific marketing and communication materials for case studies, press releases, data sheets, presentations, trade fairs, websites, social media, etc.
  • Manage content of social media channels and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Conceive, plan, and implement customer events, trade fairs, and webinars.
  • Control online marketing activities in the area of SEO as well as develop and implement best practices implementing SEO and analysis evaluations with Google Analytics.
  • Recognize new marketing trends and technologies early.
  • Ensure corporate standards in marketing materials.
Requirements:
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies in a technical B2B environment.
  • Extensive knowledge in the conceptual preparation of technical issues requiring explanation and their implementation in various media forms.
  • Confident handling of SEO tools and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in managing and dealing with external service providers and agencies.
  • Good knowledge of project management.
  • Business fluent in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or other relevant business degree is preferred.
  • Several years of progressive experience in marketing of technical products while demonstrating business understanding and ability to drive results.
