About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Clarios. As a key member of our Digital Marketing & Customer Experience team, you will play a vital role in supporting our strategic initiatives across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the definition and implementation of the digital marketing strategy for VARTA, with a focus on website experience, web conversion points, and search traffic.
- Take ownership of planning, managing, and coordinating strategic digital marketing projects.
- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing and Brand & Communication teams to plan and implement web assets for campaigns.
- Develop and optimize a comprehensive user experience for our online presence, defining personas, value proposition, journeys, and experiences for key customer groups.
- Coordinate UX and CRO activities, including prioritization, research, concepting, design, testing, and refinement.
- Administer an integrated search strategy, including SEO and SEA, to drive high-quality traffic to the website.
- Partner with the Digital Content Specialist to deliver a content strategy for the website based on search volumes and opportunities.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing activities, identifying and acting on opportunities.
Requirements:
- Apprenticeship in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience in digital marketing, CRM, or customer experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools is a plus.
