YOUR FUTURE AS A PROCESS TECHNICIAN IN COATING TECHNOLOGY

Are you intrigued by machinery and have a passion for chemistry? This role as a process technician in coating technology is designed for you. You will be instrumental in the development and testing of innovative paint formulations and coating methodologies. At our clients' automotive facilities, you will manage the paint application process, ensuring that everything from paint delivery to application approval is executed flawlessly. Your expertise will guarantee that our coatings are applied using the most effective processes available.

TRAINING CURRICULUM

  • Preparation of surfaces for coating applications
  • Choosing and implementing various coating techniques
  • Operation and upkeep of coating machinery
  • Oversight of coating processes and quality assurance
  • Investigation of coating imperfections and execution of corrective actions

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of a secondary school diploma
  • A passion for hands-on work
  • A keen interest in technical subjects
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • A curiosity about automotive paints and their various applications, along with a commitment to precision and meticulousness in your work
