Coatings Application Specialist

Join our dynamic team within the Coatings division, where we specialize in the innovation, production, and marketing of a diverse range of coating solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development laboratories to create cutting-edge vehicle coatings while ensuring quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
- Execute paint applications based on established protocols using state-of-the-art painting machinery or manual pneumatic techniques, and assess the outcomes in accordance with defined testing criteria.
- Contribute to quality assurance by maintaining accurate documentation through electronic ordering systems.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on painting equipment as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training as a vehicle painter or process technician specializing in coating technology.
- Experience in hand painting or operating industrial painting machinery.
- Strong analytical abilities coupled with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in standard IT applications and SAP, with a willingness to work in shifts.
- Demonstrated initiative, meticulous and independent work ethic, along with a strong team-oriented motivation.
