Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Hearing Care Specialist to join our team at our specialized store in Hamburg-Osdorf. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting hearing tests, providing individual solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough hearing tests and provide personalized solutions to customers
  • Implement sales routines to ensure optimal customer experience and efficient store processes
  • Support customers in maintaining their hearing devices, advise on accessories, and build long-term relationships
  • Utilize customer data to inform phone calls and local marketing activities
  • Maintain accurate customer information and assist with store organization, scheduling, and inventory management

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of training as a Hearing Care Specialist
  • Customer-oriented approach with strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and empathy
  • Ability to work in a team environment and strive for mutual success
  • Organizational skills, flexibility, and a sense of responsibility
