**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Finance Manager to join our team at Johnson Electric. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance Manager in various financial operations, including accounting, tax, controlling, and administration.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • General Ledger Accounting: Prepare and review financial statements, including monthly, bi-annual, and yearly reports.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Support budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Tax Compliance: Assist in tax calculation, tax returns, and tax audits.
  • Project Controlling: Monitor and control R&D project costs.
  • Asset Management: Oversee fixed asset management, including inventory and asset count.
  • Other Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform various financial tasks, reports, and projects as required.

**Requirements**

  • University degree in Finance or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in financial operations, preferably with international and technical business background.
  • Experience in ERP systems, particularly MOVEX and Oracle.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); German basic communication.
