Senior Finance Transformation Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Transformation Manager to join our team at KPMG. As a key member of our SAP&Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for leading complex finance transformation projects and working closely with our clients to modernize their business processes and implement IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing expert guidance on finance process optimization and IT system implementation.
- Develop and implement process and organizational improvements in administrative areas such as accounting, controlling, and HR.
- Contribute to the growth of our Digital Finance business by acquiring new clients, developing existing relationships, and building a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with our research team to develop empirical studies, publish articles, and deliver presentations in industry conferences.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting firm, with a strong background in finance transformation and project management.
- Proven track record of leading finance transformation projects for corporate and mid-sized clients.
- Deep understanding of finance processes, organization, and technology, as well as current digitalization trends in the finance sector.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to travel frequently to client sites.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive approach, and strong analytical skills.
