METRO Campus Services GmbH acts as the essential internal service provider at METRO Campus Düsseldorf, ensuring that all non-core functions are handled with professionalism and efficiency. Our team is responsible for a variety of services, including commercial and technical building management, catering, and administrative support for all METRO Campus employees. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the comprehensive fleet management process with precision
  • Facilitate vehicle orders, including confirmation and scheduling of deliveries
  • Coordinate vehicle provisioning activities such as delivery arrangements, driver's license verifications, registration, and fuel card requests
  • Address user inquiries related to fleet policies, configurator, budget considerations, and terms of service
  • Review and process invoices accurately
  • Manage vehicle returns, including valuation assessments and service invoice handling
  • Assist in damage management processes
  • Engage in procurement-led tendering activities
  • Travel to various locations for vehicle deliveries as required

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in a relevant field
  • Certification as a Fleet Manager is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP FI; familiarity with fleet management software is advantageous
  • Exhibit independence, teamwork, and decisiveness in your work
  • Several years of experience in fleet management roles
  • Experience with leasing companies is a plus
  • Fluency in English, with a preference for an international work setting
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Strong communication skills coupled with a proactive approach
