Delivering Value: As a Data Analyst, you will lead exciting and challenging Advanced Analytics projects within the PENNY subsidiaries, driving sustainable improvements in decision-making processes and contributing to the establishment of analytical products that unlock business potential.
Integrating Analytics into Business: You will work closely with marketing colleagues, identifying analytical needs and proactively developing actionable recommendations based on data analyses, which you will present and communicate at various management levels.

- Your excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, combined with strong communication abilities—especially with colleagues from non-technical backgrounds—along with your passion for data analysis, will impress us.
- You possess the ability to quickly grasp new challenging business questions and respond flexibly with tailored analytical models.
- A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., in Computer Science, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Business Administration, etc.) with a quantitative focus, ideally complemented by at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Your strong programming skills in Python (and/or) R and SQL, preferably with practical experience, round out your profile, along with your familiarity with common Data Science libraries & tools (e.g., Scikit-learn, Pandas, or NumPy) and professional software development, including version control through Git and CI/CD.
- You demonstrate a high level of service and team orientation, enjoy working in an agile and dynamic environment, and stay updated on new technologies and developments.
- Proficient communication skills in both German and English are essential.
