About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team at R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation strategies that align with market trends and internal comparisons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compensation Strategies: Develop and maintain compensation structures that are competitive and aligned with regulatory requirements (e.g. CSRD, Solvency II).
  • Bonus Systems and Incentive Programs: Design and implement performance-based bonus programs that are linked to individual and company-wide goals.
  • Market Analysis and Benchmarking: Conduct market research and analysis using salary databases, surveys, and benchmarking tools to inform compensation decisions.
  • Job Evaluation and Job Descriptions: Conduct job analyses and create detailed job descriptions that outline the essential duties, responsibilities, and competencies for each role.

Requirements

  • Foundation: You hold a degree or equivalent qualification with relevant additional qualifications.
  • Professional Expertise: You have relevant experience and expertise in Compensation and Benefits, particularly in the context of the role.
  • Key Competencies: You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are results-driven, and able to create decision-support materials with a business perspective for senior management.
  • Additional Skills: You have excellent knowledge of MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams) and experience with job evaluation systems (e.g. Korn Ferry, Mercer) is an asset.
