The Trade Finance and Lending (TF&L) division is a crucial segment of the Corporate Bank, engaging with clients worldwide. This group relies heavily on its IT infrastructure to effectively serve the bank's clientele. Currently, the team is focused on modernizing their IT systems to introduce new services for clients and improve the automation of business processes.

Our internal IT team has successfully developed and implemented a strategic platform for the TF&L business. Building on this achievement, there is a strong initiative to advance towards our strategic architecture.

We are seeking a Documentation Specialist to join our development team and produce high-quality documentation for our platform.

You will be tasked with creating user manuals, API documentation, and other technical materials to assist our clients and technology partners in effectively utilizing our software solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Compose clear and concise technical documentation for our Java-based products, including user manuals for business users and API documentation for technical staff.
  • Review and enhance existing documentation for style, consistency, clarity, and quality.
  • Establish a systematic approach to manage technical and user documentation across multiple applications.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the documentation.
  • Engage in user feedback sessions to improve the knowledge base.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Documentation Specialist in the software sector.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a broader audience.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Practical experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GIT, and Markdown.
  • Familiarity with common design patterns and technologies.
