Wir suchen einen dynamischen und analytischen Requirements Engineer, der sich in interdisziplinären Teams aktiv an der Gestaltung von Prozessen und der Entwicklung von Softwareprojekten beteiligen möchte. Du bist für die Begleitung von Kundenanforderungen von der Ermittlung bis zur Übergabe qualifiziert und hast ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, um zwischen unseren Kunden, Fachabteilungen, Software-Architekten und Entwicklern zu vermitteln.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du bist für das Requirements Engineering in komplexen IT-Projekten zuständig.
  • Mit den Projektleitungen arbeitest du übergreifend für das Anforderungsmanagement zusammen.
  • Du hast eine Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Fachabteilung und IT.
  • Du gestaltest fachliche Architekturen.
  • Du coachst die Anforderungsteams unserer Kunden.
  • Du bereitest eigenständig Kundenworkshops vor, moderierst diese und wertest sie anschließend aus.
  • Bei fachlichen Abnahmen unterstützt du das Projektteam.
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss.
  • Du konntest schon mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung in der IT-Beratung oder anderen branchennahen Bereichen sammeln.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Bereich Anforderungsmanagement und Anforderungsdefinition in komplexen Softwareprojekten mit.
  • Du besitzt Kenntnisse in der Prozessmodellierung (EPK, BPMN), der natursprachlichen Anforderungsdefinition (Use Cases, User Stories) sowie der modellbasierten Anforderungsdefinition (UML).
  • Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe zeichnen dich aus.
  • Projektbezogene Reisebereitschaft stellt für dich kein Problem dar.
