Deine Aufgaben
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Content-Onboarding neuer Hotelkunden.
- Du arbeitest an der Erstellung und Implementierung von Inhalten in unserem Content Management System.
- Du gestaltest das Interface Design der SuitePads unter Berücksichtigung der Branding-Richtlinien unserer Kunden.
- Du bearbeitest Texte, Bilder und Videos und optimierst diese hinsichtlich ihrer Funktionalität und Ästhetik.
- Du nutzt moderne KI-Technologien zur Inhaltserstellung.
- Du übernimmst Rework-Projekte für bestehende Kunden, um deren Zufriedenheit zu steigern und Upselling-Möglichkeiten zu schaffen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Customer Success Management und Product Management zusammen, um die Wünsche unserer Kunden zu realisieren.
Dein Profil
- Du hast einen relevanten Hochschulabschluss oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Kommunikationswissenschaften oder Grafikdesign.
- Idealerweise bringst du praktische Erfahrung im Content-Management mit.
- Du hast ein Auge für ansprechendes Design und Freude daran, kreativ zu arbeiten.
- Grundkenntnisse in HTML, CSS und Photoshop sind von Vorteil.
- Du bist technikaffin und kannst dich schnell in neue Tools und Programme einarbeiten.
- Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Du denkst kunden- und lösungsorientiert und besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau und verfügst über verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse.
